Things To Know

• Hours: Friday 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 8 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
• You must be open and present for all 3 days.  
• $75 per space. Due by May 1.
• Set up time begins at 9 AM on Friday.
• No wi-fi available.  Verizon has the best cell coverage in our area.
• No electricity available.
• This is an outdoor event.  You are responsible for your own shelters and set up.  You must secure your shelter.
• Vendor spaces will be measured, marked and assigned.
• No driving inside the vendor area. 
• Vendors must park, with any trailer, at the rodeo track or at the elementary school.  Festival parking lot is for festival patrons.
• All food sold must follow state regulations, including the cottage food law, and/or health department regulations.
• No sales of guns, ammo, or alcohol.  No illegal activities.  Vendors must abide by all Federal and State laws and Village of Barryton ordinances, rules and regulations.
• The Barryton Lilac Festival Committee is not liable for any injuries/accidents, theft or all other claims of any type.
• Any accidents/injuries must be reported to the Lilac Festival chairperson.
• State and local taxes, licenses and permits are the responsibility of the vendor.
• No smoking.
• No alcohol allowed.  (Village ordinance)
• Abusive behavior/language will not be tolerated.  You will be asked to leave.
• No refunds after May 1.
• If your application is accepted, we will send you an invoice.
• You may not pack up early.  You must be open and present for all 3 days.
